MILWAUKEE -- The popular "Point Fish Fry & a Flick" outdoor movie series is back this summer with three selections that are sure to please the crowds along Milwaukee's lakefront.
Now celebrating its eighth year, the free outdoor movie series draws an average of 3,000+ people to the lakefront at Discovery World to watch film favorites. The annual event includes a traditional Wisconsin fish fry, as well as a wide selection of beer and spirits.
This summer, viewers will be treated to some recent blockbusters:
- Friday, August 12th - Deadpool
- Friday, August 19th - Trainwreck
- Friday, September 9th - Star Wars: The Force Awakens
As a general reminder, this isn't a movie series geared toward children - rather, this one's for adults to enjoy. Two of the three films are rated R, while Star Wars is rated PG-13.
