How's this for a birthday surprise?
A couple of Delavan police officers heard a little boy was having a police-themed birthday party over the weekend, so they decided to get involved.
The officers arrived at the party with sirens blaring, and dropped off some crime tape, a police badge, and toy squad car, all wrapped up as a package of evidence.
The birthday boy and his friends got to meet this officers and sit inside a real police car.
