A Milwaukee woman was charged for abusing her 3-month-old foster son, breaking his arms and legs.

According to Milwaukee County court documents, Dominique Lindsey faces a physical abuse of a child charge, after investigators found a pattern of abuse to the boy she fostered from his drug addicted mother.

A witness said Lindsey reportedly threw a car seat with the child inside, and said, “These [expletive] kids are getting on my nerves.”

The witness also said they saw Lindsey throwing the child around the house, as well as kicking, dropping and throwing the car seat with the child still in it. She also allegedly threw the child into his crib and pushed him back down into the crib again.

The boy’s arms and legs were broken, along with a tear of the tissue in the infant’s lip and mouth.

If convicted, Lindsey faces 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
