MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee father has been charged with drowning his three-month-old son.
Sean Flowers was officially charged with murder Tuesday afternoon. Police say the 25-year-old drowned his infant son in Northridge Lakes following an argument with the infant's mother.
The criminal complaint states there was prior history of domestic violence between Flowers and the child's mother.
If convicted, Flowers faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
