MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee County Transit System driver, Luther Williamson, turned a close call into a teaching opportunity when three kids darted in front of his bus, according to MCTS.

Williamson was driving the Route 12 when three children ran in front of his bus. He yelled, "Wait! Wait! Wait!" before they stopped and he waved them back the side of the street. Williamson then took a moment to address the incident by talking to them.

Williamson quickly pulled the bus over and got out.

"Don't ever do that, y'all," Williamson said to the kids.

He then took them by the hand and crossed them safely to the other side of the street.

When Williamson got back in his car he said [it], "Shook my heart for the day."
