MILWAUKEE -- The man accused in the drowning death of his infant son in Milwaukee has pleaded not guilty.
Twenty-five-year-old Sean Flowers waived his preliminary hearing in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday. The court found probable cause for further proceedings and Flowers entered his plea to first-degree intentional homicide.
A criminal complaint says Flowers waded into a pond with his 3-month-old son July 30th and held him underwater after fighting with the baby's mother.
Flowers is being held on $1 million bail.
