NEW BERLIN -- A former New Berlin West High School English teacher pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a student on Thursday.
Sara Domres, 28, of Sullivan, was fired from the school in January after an internal investigation. She was charged in April with two counts of sexual assault of a student after police say she had an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Her guilty plea is part of a deal with prosecutors and she will be sentenced in September.
Domres faces up to six years in prison.
