MILWAUKEE- Fights outside Hamilton High School erupt on the last day of school.
There were no injuries.
"That was a little alarming to see that," said Hannah Evancy, mother.
Police say several groups of students were involved in fights outside the school around 11:30 a.m. Monday.
"It's disheartening and I don't want my kid around it," explained Evancy.
Milwaukee Public Schools say there were several brief incidents involving a small number of students at dismissal.
They say authorities quickly got the situation under control. Police issued citations to students involved. MPS says students will face disciplinary action when they return in the Fall.
