KENOSHA -- Authorities are at the scene of a death investigation in Kenosha, near Lake Michigan, after a body was discovered Saturday morning.
According to Kenosha Police, a body of a male was found around 7 a.m. by someone walking this morning near Simmons Island Beach -- located near Kennedy Drive and 4th Avenue.
The investigation is ongoing but police say there is no threat to the public.
Right now, police say the death does not seem suspicious -- but they are not ruling anything out.
Police have not released any other information at this time.
