Intense surveillance video from a weekend shooting shows more than a dozen shots being fired by a rifle-wielding suspect.

The video, from the nearby Mana Ministires Assembly of God building, was given to TODAY'S TMJ4 and Milwaukee Police detectives.

The video clearly shows the aftermath of an altercation that led to the shooting near the "Talk of the Town" bar on State Street. Bystanders can be seen running down the street away from the bar.

At the same time a man is seen getting a large rifle from the trunk of a parked car. Another man with a handgun is also seen.

Once the suspect starts firing towards the bar on State St., sparks are seen from the bullets hitting the ground. The men with guns then jump into a waiting SUV and take off westbound on State. One man was hit and killed. Police have identified him as 36-year-old Lanell Taylor.

Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn tells TODAY'S TMJ4 what was captured on video was nothing out of the ordinary for his officers to deal with.

"We see about 100 or so long guns a year, out of the 3,000 or so that we take from criminals," said Chief Flynn.

Milwaukee Police detectives say the suspect in the video is known to them, but he is not currently in custody.
