The 19-year-old killed after hitting a tree and splitting his car in two was apparently not wearing his seatbelt, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Daryl Brown was killed when he was ejected from his carMonday after hitting a curb and slamming into a tree. The ME’s report suggests Brown was traveling at 75 mph or faster at the time of the crash.
Brown also did not have a valid driver’s license, according to the report, but the car involved in the crash was registered to him. An empty liquor bottle and beer bottle were found at the scene of the crash.
The family told TODAY'S TMJ4 Brown was on his way to Brown was on his way to work at Checkers at Fond du Lac and Burleigh. They also said he was an expecting father of twins, and would have turned 20 this week.
