A Cudahy teacher has been charged with his third OWI after he was pulled over for speeding and swerving Friday.
Chad Donahue, 42, of Milwaukee is an elementary physical education teacher in the School District of Cudahy.
According to the criminal complaint, Oak Creek police pulled over Donahue, who was clocked going 66 in a 35 mph speed limit and swerving on Pennsylvania Avenue in Oak Creek.
The officer smelled alcohol and Donahue smelled of alcohol, and he told the officer he doesn’t drink. A field sobriety test found he had a blood alcohol level of 0.20.
Donahue is charged with his third OWI and a charge of operating with prohibited alcohol concentration.
The school district confirmed Donahue was a teacher in the district, but did not comment further.
