A female teacher at St. Peter Immanuel Lutheran School had sexual relations with a former student, at her home and a school, then asked the victim’s parents not to press charges, according to the criminal complaint, obtained by TODAY’S TMJ4.
In addition to being a teacher, the defendant, Elizabeth Dillett (31) of Franklin is a track and volleyball coach at the school.
Dillett now faces multiple charges, including two counts of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children, and sexual intercourse with a child age 16 or older.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 21 at 1:30 p.m.
