MILWAUKEE -- We are waiting to learn whether a person who shot and killed a Milwaukee man with a concealed carry permit will be cleared or charged with murder.
Milwaukee Police say two men reportedly got in a fender bender at 10th and Concordia Friday night.
A fight ensued, and 21-year-old Deshun Freeman was declared dead at the scene.
The 28 year old, considered a suspect at this point, drove from the scene and then called police.
A concealed carry instructor who is not connected to this case tells TODAY'S TMJ4 he teaches his students it should be crystal clear when you can and cannot rightfully pull out your weapon.
"You only have the right to point your firearm out and use it when your life is threatened," said Thomas Hein, certified concealed carry instructor.
The 28-year-old suspect is cooperating with police. The Milwaukee County district attorney is reviewing his case.
