Brookfield BMO Harris Bank robber located, arrested

UPDATE: Brookfield police say the suspect involved in the robbery of a BMO Harris Bank has been located and arrested.

Police say the robbery happened at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the BMO Harris Bank near the corner of North 124th and West Burleigh Streets.

According to authorities, the suspect wrote on a bank document, saying she had a weapon. The bank worker saw the note and gave an undisclosed amount of $50 bills with recorded serial numbers.

The suspect left on foot headed into Wauwatosa. No witnesses saw a vehicle.

Police say the suspect is 5'2", 150 lbs., has dark black hear, was wearing heavy eyeliner and had fake blue pointy fingernails and thumbs.

As pictured, the suspect had on a hot pink hooded sweatshirt under a blue jean vest with gray sleeves, dark pants and had a large red/pink purse.
