MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee man was criminally charged in connection with three separate child enticement incidents that occurred last week Wednesday.

Scott Lucas, 59, is facing three separate counts of child enticement (sexual contact or intercourse). Two of those incidents happened in Milwaukee, the other in West Allis.

In all three of the incidents, the boys claim Lucas offered them $20 in exchange for a sex act. The boys declined and were able to get away.

Lucas was arrested a day later during a traffic stop in the area of 29th Street and Wisconsin Avenue.  Police found a handgun under the front seat of his car – but did not have a State of Wisconsin Carrying Concealed Weapon permit.

According to the criminal complaint, Lucas told investigators that he attempted to entice children four times on September 13th  at: 60th and Oklahoma, Manitoba Park and in West Allis.

Lucas told police his plan was to perform a sex act on the boys and then let them go. He stated he offered all the boys $20-$30.

Lucas is due back in court for preliminary hearing on September 26.
