BROOKFIELD -- Two women were struck by a vehicle in Brookfield Sunday night.
The crash happened at approximately 9:11 p.m. at the intersection of Greenfield Avenue and Moorland Road.
Initial investigation shows that the two pedestrians were crossing Moorland Road against the light and the striking driver had a green arrow to turn.
The 57-year-old pedestrian is in critical condition. The 63-year-old pedestrian is in stable condition.
The driver of the striking vehicle stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. Brookfield police said there were no signs of impairment on her part.
