Summerfest 2017 gets soaked on opening day

Wisconsin waits all year for Summerfest, so a little bit of rain wasn't going to stop the hardiest fans from streaming onto the grounds Wednesday. The stormy weather prompted officials to cancel the Big Bang fireworks, but it didn't stop the music -- or the party.
